About Mike Lembo
Mike Lembo, CPA, is a seasoned finance executive with a rich background in healthcare and eCommerce startups, Big 4 auditing and financial reporting consulting, corporate finance and accounting, systems implementations, and project management.
Currently serving as the Vice President of Finance & Controller at Cardiovascular Centers of America (CCA), Mike oversees accounting, financial reporting, and treasury. He collaborates closely with teams across strategy, clinical operations, revenue cycle management, real estate, and compliance to optimize value and mitigate risk, thereby securing long-term success for ambulatory surgery centers.
Prior to joining CCA, Mike spent five years with The Aspen Group, where he worked as a Director of Corporate Accounting. He previously spent three years with Ernst & Young (EY) in both assurance and financial accounting advisory.
A Syracuse University alumnus, Mike’s education spans accounting, finance, and computer science. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
When he’s not working, Mike enjoys traveling, playing golf, chess, and drums, and spending time with his wife and son. He resides in Syracuse, NY.
